Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. All prices are in USD and subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: 25% of total cost
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 7 days: No refund

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation cover. All Nepal Adventures is not liable for costs arising from accidents, illness, or emergency evacuations.

4. Itinerary Changes

All Nepal Adventures reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for itinerary alterations made for safety reasons.

5. Liability

All Nepal Adventures acts as an agent for hotels, transport, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
